English: Genoa, Italy November 30, 2016
  • Kilometers-long breakwaters separate the Mediterranean Sea from the port town of Genoa, Italy. The circular Porto Antico (or Old Harbor), once a crucial trading port for goods, now serves as the town's tourism center, complete with an aquarium and a panoramic view tower. The valley in the middle is the deep Val Polcevera with railway lines and a bridge, with hills of Coronata (in the West) and Belvedere (in the East of the river), two quarters in Genoa.
