Bagarius bagarius és una espècie de peix de la família dels sisòrids i de l'ordre dels siluriformes.

Menja insectes,[3] peixets, granotes i gambes[4]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix bentopelàgic i de clima tropical (18 °C- 25 °C).[5][1]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a Àsia: conques del rius Ganges, Mekong i Chao Phraya;[6] rius Salween i Maeklong, i la Tailàndia peninsular.[7][1][8][9][10][11][12][6][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][4][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27]
