Konosirus punctatus és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels clupeids i l'única del gènere Konosirus.[2]

Descripció[modifica]

  • Pot arribar a fer 32 cm de llargària màxima.[3][4]

Depredadors[modifica]

A la Xina és depredat per Paralichthys olivaceus[5] i al Japó per Triakis scyllium.[6][7]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix d'aigua salabrosa i marina; pelàgic-nerític; oceanòdrom[8] i de clima subtropical (42°N-23°N, 117°E-138°E).[3]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba a la Xina (incloent-hi Hong Kong), el Japó (incloent-hi les illes Ryukyu), Corea del Nord, Corea del Sud, Rússia, Taiwan i el Vietnam.[9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31][32][33][34][35][36][37][38][39][40]

Observacions[modifica]

És inofensiu per als humans.[3]
