Hàbitat [modifica]
És un peix marí, de clima subtropical i demersal.[4]
Distribució geogràfica [modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic oriental: des de Carmel (Califòrnia central, els Estats Units) fins al nord de la Baixa Califòrnia (Mèxic).[4][7]
Observacions [modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
