Malcolm McDowell (nascut el 13 de juny de 1943) és un actor britànic. Va néixer com Malcolm John Taylor a Leeds, West Yorkshire.

El seu paper més important va ser el de Alex DeLarge a La taronja mecànica, el 1971, sota la direcció de Stanley Kubrick. D'entre les decenes de pel·lícules que ha protagonitzat, també cal mencionar Calígula (1979), així com la seva participació en sèries televisives com Star Trek VII i actualment Herois, on fa el personatge de Linderman.
