Olen és un municipi belga de la província d'Anvers a la regió de Flandes. Està compost per les seccions d'Olen-Centrum (Sint-Martinus), Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Olen (Achter-Olen) i Sint-Jozef-Olen. Limita al nord amb Kasterlee, a l'oest amb Herentals, a l'est amb Geel i al sud amb Westerlo.
