Protomyctophum crockeri és una espècie de peix de la família dels mictòfids i de l'ordre dels mictofiformes.

Morfologia[modifica]

Reproducció[modifica]

És ovípar amb larves i ous planctònics.[6]

Depredadors[modifica]

Als Estats Units és depredat per Thunnus alalunga.[7][8]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix marí i d'aigües profundes que viu entre 100-500 m de fondària.[4][9]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba al Pacífic nord: Japó[10][11] i des del sud de Califòrnia[12] fins a Washington.[13][4][9][14][15][5]
