Ronald Aylmer Fisher

Ronald Aylmer Fisher, (17 de febrer de 1890 - 29 de juliol de 1962) va ser un científic, matemàtic, estadístic, biòleg evolutiu i genetista anglès. Realitzà molts avenços en l'estadística, un dels més importants dels quals va ser la inferència estadística, que desenvolupà el 1920. Al 1958 va ser distingit per la Societat Linneana de Londres amb la Medalla Darwin-Wallace.
