Rudarius excelsus és una espècie de peix de la família dels monacàntids i de l'ordre dels tetraodontiformes.

Morfologia[modifica]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix marí, de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall.[4]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba des del nord d'Austràlia fins al sud del Japó.[4][6][7][8][9]

Observacions[modifica]

És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
