Satyrichthys welchi és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels peristèdids.[5]
Descripció[modifica]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i demersal que viu fins als 80 m de fondària a la plataforma continental i el talús continental.[6][8]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic occidental: des del Japó fins al mar d'Arafura i el nord-oest d'Austràlia.[6][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19]

Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[6]
