Valenciennea sexguttata és una espècie de peix de la família dels gòbids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Hàbitat [modifica]
És un peix marí, de clima tropical (22°C-28°C)[6] i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 1-10 m de fondària.[7][4]
Distribució geogràfica [modifica]
Es troba des del Mar Roig, el Golf Pèrsic i l'Àfrica Oriental fins a Samoa, les Illes Yaeyama, les Illes Ryukyu i Queensland (Austràlia).[4][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31][32][33][34][35]

És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
