Lamas, of Chicago, Ill., uses a circular air-powered sander to sand the bottom wing of an F-14B Tomcat assigned to the “Red Rippers” of Fighter Squadron One One (VF-11) in the hangar bay aboard USS George Washington (CVN 73).
