Acentrogobius caninus és una espècie de peix de la família dels gòbids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Menja invertebrats.[4]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix de clima tropical i demersal.[4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a Austràlia, Bangladesh, Cambodja, la Xina (incloent-hi Hong Kong), l'Índia, Indonèsia, Palau, les Filipines, les Seychelles, Taiwan, Tanzània, Tailàndia i el Vietnam.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30]
Ús comercial[modifica]
Es comercialitza fresc al delta del riu Mekong,[31] tot i que és verinós, ja que conté tetraodontoxina.[32][4]
