Des de 1971 soc amic d'en Rodney Pattisson i quan el van fer l'Orde de l'Imperi Britànic li vaig preguntar perquè sent solter no l'havien fet de la Bachelor Order.. va riure i em va dir que no tenia res a veure, que Bachelor knight era en el sentit de sots-cavaller.. com "bachelor of science" no vol dir "solter de ciències" sinó "undergraduate of science" "Llicenciat"...

He ajustat la traducció a partir d'en.wiki, així s'entén millor que bachelor no es pot traduir per solter.
