Request for Interview Regarding Wikipedia Bots

Greetings Loupeter-

My name is Randall Livingstone, and I am a graduate student at the University of Oregon, currently collecting data for my dissertation on Wikipedia editors who create and use bots and assisted editing tools, as well as editors involved in the initial and/or ongoing creation of bot policies on Wikipedia. As a member of the bot community and bot operator, I would very much like to interview you for the project at a time and in a method that is most convenient for you (Gchat, another IM client, Skype, email, telephone, etc.). I am completely flexible and can work with your schedule. The interview will take approximately 45-60 minutes.

My dissertation project has been approved both by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of Oregon, and by the Research Committee at the Wikimedia Foundation. You can find more information on the project on my meta page.

Llei de Planck

Com que no sóc un expert en la matèria i veient que el portal de física està una mica adormit m'he permès fer-te la consulta directament. He vist alguna revisió teva a l'article llei de Planck amb el que actualment intento traduïr de l'anglès i voldría fer-te una consulta: En l'apartat que es comenten les diferents formes de la llei es comenta que cada una fa servir unes unitats de mesura que depenen de la unitat de l'espectre d'ona escollida i m'agradaria posar quines son, cosa que en l'article original no apareix i les referències aportades són a llibres que no puc consultar. Aquestes distribucions tenen unitats d'energia per unitat de volum per unitat espectral. Entenc que ha de ser W·m^-3·(Hz,m,m^-1)^{*-1 *}Depenent de la unitat espectral utilitzada. Bot flag on frwiki

Hello,

As a bureaucrat on frwiki, I was checking the activity of the bots, and noticed that yours had been inactive for at least 6 months. Morover, the interwikis are now centralized on Wikidata. It is not reasonable that an unmonitored account keeps a bot flag, as it may be more easily hacked. Do you wish to keep the bot flag? If this is the case, please tell me so (preferably on my talk page on frwiki, otherwise on my talk page on this project). Without any answer from you, the bot flag will be removed in one month.

Distinció d'articles

Hola bon dia, sóc en Manlleus, em passo per aquí per comentar que tenim propostes d'articles per a ser distingides com a Articles de Qualitat o Bo. Encara que no siguin temes que toquis o que en tinguis domini potser seria una bona idea ajudar als altres per a que prosperi el seu treball. Potser, et pot treure uns minuts a mirar o revisar alguns dels articles però tots sabem que comentar i finalment votar és gratuït, el que resultaria de gran ajuda i contribució als usuaris que hi han col·laborat. Si poguéssim reduir els articles en avaluació per encarar-los en la votació, deixaríem pas a nous articles, agilitzant el procés. Com que has contribuït en algun moment en els articles de qualitat, m'ha semblat bé comentar el seu estat actual. Actualment tenim 13 articles en avaluació i 9 en votació. Moltes gràcies per llegir.
