  • comunicacions sus las novèlas del jorn o suls eveniments actuals que son d'informacions de premsa;
  • documents oficials (leis, decisions, decrets, etc.) e tanben lors traduccions oficialas;
  • emblèmas e signes nacionals (bandièras, armas, medalhas (decoracions), signes monetaris, etc.);
  • resultats obtenguts per de mejans tecnics sens intervencion de l'activitat creativa umana.
Los dreits d'autors se devon pas espandir a las idèas, principis, metòdes, ceremònias (rituals), proceduras, punts de vista, sistèmas, solucions prepausadas, e descobertas de fenomèns existents objectius.
