«В зелёном и чёрном поле — разделяющая его лазоревая, нитевидно окаймлённая серебром и уходящая за границы щита лента, положенная в пониженный и выгнутый пояс, а посередине образующая подковообразное углубление; в зелени всё сопровождено золотой головкой колоса, стеблем в углублении».
