«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры из герба Берёзовского городского округа, выполненные зелёным, чёрным и белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле с чёрной оконечностью поверх всего — зелёный берёзовый лист, ниже которого — серебряная кирка рукоятью вверх, накрывающей лист».
