El premi Grammy a la carrera artística (Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award) és entregat per The Recording Academy (oficialment, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences) dels Estats Units des de 1963 a "intèrprets que, durant la seva vida, han aportat contribucions creatives amb una importància artística destacada al camp de la gravació".[1] Aquest premi és diferent del Grammy Hall of Fame, que honora gravacions específiques més que no pas individuals, i el Grammy Trustees, que honora els no-intèrprets.
