Labeobarbus johnstonii és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels ciprínids.
Descripció[modifica]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix d'aigua dolça, potamòdrom, bentopelàgic i de clima tropical (8°S-15°S).[2][4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a Àfrica: conca del llac Malawi a Malawi, Moçambic i Tanzània.[2][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
Costums[modifica]
Habita les zones costaneres del llac Malawi, però puja els rius que hi desguassen per reproduir-se.[12]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[2]
