Otolithes cuvieri és una espècie de peix de la família dels esciènids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.[5]

Alimentació[modifica]

Menja Acetes, gambes, peixos i llurs larves, mol·luscs, isòpodes i copèpodes.[8]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix marí, de clima tropical i bentopelàgic.[6]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba a l'oceà Índic occidental: l'Índia i el Pakistan.[6][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]

Observacions[modifica]

És inofensiu per als humans.[6]
