Paramonacanthus filicauda és una espècie de peix de la família dels monacàntids i de l'ordre dels tetraodontiformes.

A Austràlia és depredat per Carcharhinus sorrah i Carcharhinus tilstoni.[6][7]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí, de clima tropical i demersal.[4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al nord-oest d'Austràlia i Papua Nova Guinea.[8][4][9][10][11][12]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
