Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i demersal que viu entre 65 i 600 m de fondària.[3][5]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic occidental: des del Japó fins al mar d'Arafura i Derby (Austràlia).[3][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20]

Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[3]
