És un peix marí, demersal i de clima tropical.[4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al nord-oest d'Austràlia i Papua Nova Guinea.[4][6][7][8][9][10][11]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
