Cruriraja rugosa és una espècie de peix de la família dels raids i de l'ordre dels raïformes.[4]
Reproducció[modifica]
És ovípar[5] i les femelles ponen càpsules d'ous, les quals presenten com unes banyes a la closca.[6]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i d'aigües profundes que viu entre 366-1.007 m de fondària.[7][8]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a l'oceà Atlàntic occidental central: des del Golf de Mèxic i el Mar Carib fins a Colòmbia.[7][9][10]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[7]
