Etmopterus princeps és una espècie de peix de la família dels dalàtids i de l'ordre dels esqualiforms.

Reproducció[modifica]
És ovovivípar.[3]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí d'aigües profundes que viu entre 300–2213 m de fondària.[1][4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a l'Atlàntic nord-occidental (des de Nova Escòcia -Canadà-[4] fins a Nova Jersey -Estats Units-)[5] i a l'Atlàntic nord-oriental (des del sud d'Islàndia[6] fins a les illes Fèroe,[7] les Hèbrides,[8] el Canal de la Mànega, la Mar Cantàbrica, Gibraltar i Mauritània).[1][9][10][11]
