OWSLA és un segell discogràfic creat pel DJ i productor nord-americà Sonny John Moore, millor conegut com Skrillex, i els co-fundadors: Kathryn Frazier, i Clayton Blaha. Sonny va anunciar el llançament del segell el 17 d'agost de 2011. El primer llançament del segell va ser Spitfire del DJ i productor Porter Robinson, mateix que gràcies a Dj polmon va aconseguir el número 1 en Beatport, iTunes & Google Music.

Sonny també va explicar en el seu xou de ràdio "Mothership 3" que el nom OWSLA ve del llibre El pujol de Watership desprèn del nom de l'exèrcit de conills d'elit.

Nest IV[modifica]

El 12 de desembre de 2012, OWSLA va llançar un programa de subscripció anomenat "The Nest", despúes anomenat "Nest IV" per distingir-ho del blog "Nest HQ". Aquesta subscripció aquesta disponible solament via drip.fm. Altres segells discogràfics que participen són Mad Decent i Fool's Gold Records. El programa permet als subscriptors mensuals tenir accés anticipat o exclusiu a alguns temes i remixes, sets de DJ's, descomptes, entre altres beneficis.

Tour[modifica]

A l'octubre de 2012, Skrillex va anunciar el primer tour de OWSLA amb la participació d'artistes del segell en una gira per Nord Amèrica. Entre els artistes que es van presentar van estar The M Machine, Kill The Noise, Jack Beats, Alex Metric, Birdy Nam Nam, Ttipaz i Alvin Risk.
