Scorpaenodes smithi és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels escorpènids.[4]

Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí, demersal i de clima tropical que viu fins als 73 m de fondària.[5]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al mar d'Arafura i el nord-oest d'Austràlia.[5][7][8][9][10]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[5]
