«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на котором жёлтым, чёрным, белым, голубым и зелёным цветом изображены деления и фигуры из герба Селихинского сельского поселения».

Геральдическое описание герба: «В зелёном поле чёрная фигура, образованная совмещением левой и верхней половины правой перевязей, тонко окаймлённая золотом и обременённая в каждом из трёх углов золотой восьмиконечной звездой, сопровождаемая вверху и справа золотыми елями со стволами того же металла, а внизу слева золотой открытой (рогами вверх) подковой с открытыми гвоздевыми отверстиями и вложенным в неё серебряным с лазоревым центром цветком; поверх всего, в центре, золотое колесо — с шиной, спицами и осевой частью того же металла, с чёрным центральным отверстием».
