Autor According to the paper by D. Thorburn Burns, the image was created by "J.F. Rosenstand", which apparently refers to Danish artist Johan Frederik Rosenstand (1820-1887) who was a well-established xylographer of his time (see also the signature "Rosenstand" on the bottom left of the image)
