A Blattzweig, B Blütenrispe, C Frucht, D dieselbe im Querschnitt. 1 kleine Endtrugdolde, 2 Blüte von aussen, 3 Kelch von der Seite, 4 Blüte von innen, 5 Blumenkrone und Staubblätter, 6 Pistill im Längsschnitt, 7 unreife Frucht, 8 Endosperm ohne Haarbedeckung von der scharfen Seitenkante aus gesehen, 9 Keimling, 10 frischer unverletzter, mit Haaren bedeckter Same. A, B, C, D, 8, 9, 10 natürliche Grösse. 1—7 vergrössert.
