TecnoTown is an a business that allows you to repair your devices first than sell other new. This is our proposal reduce reuse and recycle.

1. History

The history of my business born when I’m thinking in the business where I need to do the practices of my course, and I see that in my own village don’t have any business based on the technology, and at the same time I see a lot of people who have many devices which need to repair and in this moment I see the opportunity to make my own business. The idea is based on the necessity of the people to have a store in their village. Another reason is because the people are not into the world of technology and I can teach informatic lessons, for example to know how to use basic office automation.

2. Vision or mission statements

The mission of the business is bring the opportunity to the people for reduce their environmental footprint to reuse the devices or give them a second life.

3. My target

I have multiple targets, for example for the younger people I can sell products of interest for example gaming devices. For the adults I can offer my home delivery repair service for their devices, components and programs. And for all the age ranges I can offer my classes to know the basics of office automation.

4. Products and services we provide

I provide computers or computer components to consoles or devices to play. And for the services that I offer not only for repair, also help the people of their doubts.

5. Business goals

The goal of the business is to bring the opportunity to reuse your old devices to reduce the environmental footprint.

6. Location of the business

I live in a small village, the location doesn’t matter a lot. But I think if I put my store in the central street, maybe I can have more sells.

7. Competitive advantages

My village doesn’t have another technology store, and all the market here is for my store, if you want another store you need to travel to another town, and this is my competitive advantage. I’m here, not in another town. And I offer my home delivery services.

8. Description of the task of the workers

Administrator: The principal task of this person will be administrate and organize the business. Other kinds of tasks could be contacting the providers, or signing contracts to other businesses.

Programmer: Person with good qualification and some experience developing app or programs or games. The business needs open mind people which are prepared to do all that the business needs.

Technical for repair: These employees must have experience on repairing devices, computers and things based informatics.

Sponsors: Individual person or business who want to support our business with money, devices, qualified persons and advice our business to others.

9. Events

Other kinds of things can be the events for make a game competition in my village to play games all together, and the winner will take products sponsored by my business, at the same time I sell products of my business, and have free advice by myself.
