Localisation in Vinçà, not in Rodès

Hi Claudefà and Jordi Roqué,

Contrary to hat is written in this article, this church is located in Vinçà, not in Rodès. This is stated in multiple sources, including the Mérimée database and the cadastre (two very official sources).

It is not true. The western half of the mountain belongs to Vinçà, and the eastern, to Rodès. Sant Pere de Bell-lloc is just at the begin of the eastern one. The limit goes at the western side of the west façade, so all the church is in Rodès.--Claudefà (Discussió) 20:52, 4 nov 2017 (CET)

Sorry Claudefà that is not what the source says (the Mérimée notice, official list on the Diari Oficial de la República Francesa, the Nomenclàtor toponímic de la Catalunya del Nord, p. 64 or Mallet, 2003 ; they all says it's located in Vinça) nor what a precise map shows. On a cadastral map (or on the more official website cadastre.gouv.fr), the church is clearly located on the parcel 000C 574 of the commune of Vinçà (the easternmost parcel of Vinça on this hill). @Claudefà: in this case, it seems clear that some IGN maps are wrong, no? The cadastre is way more precise and reliable than maps. Moreover, the IGN is just indicative (and the limit of communes are well-known to be over-simplified) while the cadastre is authoritative (as it has to be, the gouvernment and the people rely on it for the taxes). And the cadastre is only one of many sources, it seems unlikely that all sources are wrong. Can we agree that this church is in Vinçà?
