if you don't have a term for latgallian language, don't refer to it as to latvian,i mean in the parentheses where the names of Daugavpils in other languages where mentioned the Latgallian 'Daugpiļs' was described as the Latvian (leto) name for the town. i'm wondering where does 'Daugavpils' come from if the Latvian is 'Daugpiļs'??

OK, Daugavpils is latvian and Daugpiļs is latgallian. But which one is the official name of the city?--SMP (d·+) 12:52, 9 oct 2006 (UTC)
