Eutropiichthys vacha és una espècie de peix de la família dels esquilbèids i de l'ordre dels siluriformes present al Pakistan,[1][2] l'Índia,[3][4][5][6][7][8] Bangladesh,[9][10][11][12] el Nepal,[13] Birmània[14] i Tailàndia.[15][16][17][18] És un peix pelàgic i de clima tropical.[17] És un peix de carn excel·lent.[17] Els mascles poden assolir 40,2 cm de longitud total[19] i 1.350 g de pes.[20][17] És ovípar i els ous no són protegits pels pares.[21] Menja peixets i insectes.[17]
