Telmatoscopus fraudulentus és una espècie d'insecte dípter pertanyent a la família dels psicòdids que es troba a l'Àfrica del Nord (Algèria),[6] Alemanya (Hessen)[7] i, probablement també, l'Estat espanyol.[8][3][4][9]
