Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к дине 2:3, состоящее из двух равновеликих вертикальных полос: малиновой (у древка) и синей (голубой) и несущее посередине (на границе полос) изображение креста на скрещённых булаве и шашках в жёлтом и белом цветах.
