Girella leonina és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels kifòsids.[5]
Descripció[modifica]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí, associat als esculls i de clima subtropical que viu entre 1 i 15 m de fondària.[6][8]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic: des del Japó fins a Hong Kong i l'atol Midway.[9][6][10][11][12]
Costums[modifica]
És bentopelàgic.[13]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[6]
