Parabotia bimaculata és una espècie de peix de la família dels cobítids i de l'ordre dels cipriniformes.[6]

Morfologia[modifica]

Fa 120-140 mm de llargària màxima.[7][8]

Alimentació[modifica]

En estat salvatge es nodreix d'insectes, de crustacis i, potser també, d'alevins.[8]

Hàbitat i distribució geogràfica[modifica]

És un peix d'aigua dolça, demersal i de clima temperat, el qual viu a la Xina (com ara, Sichuan).[9][3][4][7][10][8][3][11]

Observacions[modifica]

És inofensiu per als humans.[7]
