Introducció

Aquesta plantilla és la infotaula d'un fàrmac. Té la mateixa sintaxi que la corresponent plantilla en anglès (Drugbox anglesa), si be admet paràmetres traduïts.

Ús

Teniu dos principals possibilitats:

• Crear de nou una Drugbox (desaconsellable si existeix el corresponent article en anglès).
• Importar-la del corresponent article en anglès (vegeu més avall), la opció més recomanable.

Notes generals sobre els camps

Cap dels camps són obligatoris. DrugBank no inclou tots els fàrmacs coneguts i així mateix protein binding pot no ser aplicable a un fàrmac (per exemple, si només s'aplica sempre externament), així que si aquests camps no es defineixen a continuació, no es mostren les files corresponents.

Explicacions sobre els paràmetres

General

You may specify the image name directly, else the template defaults to trying to use Fitxer:PAGENAME.png, where PAGENAME is the name of the drug article being written.

Imatge

You can use the Image to provide an illustration. These fields are optional, but it is helpful to provide an image if you can find one. Of course most images on the internet are copyrighted.

image might be added to show the chemical structure in a different format. Use the optional Image2 parameter for this. Hence the Paracetamol article uses:

ATC, ATCvet i CAS

Additional ATC or CAS codes may be included with the optional ATC_supplemental & CAS_supplement parameter as a comma-separated lists. CAS or ATC templates may be used to have these additional codes link to the relevant databases:

Capacitat de dependència

An optional parameter of Dependence Liability allows opioids or benzodiazepines to be flagged with the risk of becoming dependant upon them, although in many cases this may be somewhat subjective. Drugs should be rated as Low, Medium, High or Extremely High:

Règim de dispensació del producte farmacèutic (general)

Legal status has been previously declared using just the legal_status parameter with a variety of markup styles used to indicate various countries and their classifications. Alternatively legal_AU, legal_UK and legal_US may be set to the fixed options in the table below. The template will ensure the catagorisation is shown correctly capitalised, use Unicode Rx symbol and add a linked 2-letter country code as per WP:MOS. legal_status may still be used with the country-specific parameters as it is appended afterwards, allowing backwards compatability for articles that only define this parameter, or for the future with free-text of other information.

Categoria de risc del fàrmac en l'embaràs

Pregnancy Categorisation has been previously declared using just the pregnancy_category parameter with a variety of markup styles used to indicate various countries and their classifications. Alternatively pregnancy_AU and pregnancy_US may be set to the fixed categories. For Australia values permitted are: A, B1, B2, B3, C, D or X (note if just set to 'B' then B? is shown). For US values permitted are: A, B, C, D or X.

Note the UK does not have official designated categorisations, but has both a variety of standard phrases with explanatory qualifications, plus many individual descriptions. pregnancy_category may still be used with the country-specific parameters as it is appended afterwards, allowing backwards compatibility for articles that only define this parameter, or for the future with free-text of other information.

Dades químiques

Optional additional chemical data fields of SMILES and Synonyms are for most drugs not helpful to the wider readership.

Dades físiques

This is an entirely optional section, and for most drugs is not helpful to the wider readership. Only include if information of particular interest for the drug as to its chemical propersites (e.g. in its manufacture or as an important chemical in its own right, e.g. Aspirin). If any of the following optional parameters are defined then a new section header of 'Physical data' is shown.

The template will add the following to the numeric values provided:

• Density - added 'g/cm³'
• Solubility - added 'mg/mL (20°C)'

Dades amb temperatures

MOLT IMPORTANT: cal separar els decimals (si hi són) amb comes (i no amb punts si s'importa d'una taula anglesa.

• Els punts de fusió (Melting) o ebullició (Boiling) - afegeixen "°C", juntament amb valor convertit en °F.

Així:  | melting_point = 100
dóna:  Punt de fusió   100°C (212°F)

A més, quan el punt de fusió es produeix en un rang de temperatures, utilitzeu les dos temperatures separades per to.

Es poden afegir comentaris a les entrades de fusió i punt d'ebullició utilitzant melting_notes i boiling_notes

Importar una Drugbox d'un article en anglès

Finestra principal de WikiDrugboxTranslate en forma normal

Aquesta és la opció més senzilla i recomanable, ja que les Drugbox dels articles en anglès són les més completes. Disposa, però d'alguns paràmetres no presents en la infotaula anglesa (legal_E i legal_E_comment).

Per fer-ho hi ha dos possibilitats:

• Copiar-la directament (recordeu de canviar els punts per les comes en els números, altrament no funcionarà correctament en melting_point i boiling_point).

• Utilitzar, si sou usuaris de Windows, el programa WikiDrugboxTranslate.

En ambdós casos pot ser recomanable afegir el règim de dispensació del producte farmacèutic a l'estat espanyol (com a legal_E, com ja s'ha mencionat).
