There is no Svalbard flag and never has been. The image shown is self-created by someone on Wikimedia Commons. Svalbard has no flag except Norway's flag. I am trying to remove it from various Wikis in multiple languages.

The Scottish flag is very real and ancient. The so-called Svalbard flag is a random image from the internet.

I don't. The list shows the flags of the states the towns are located in. Peterhead is in the United Kingdom just like Svalbard is in Norway. It's also in Scotland, but the other towns on the list do not show regional flags.
