Hello. Sorry for writing in English. I am not sure but I believe that Filip Isàngel and Filip el Macedoni are the same person.

Both are referenced in the same work at the same page: 14 (Philippus) Isangelus, 15 (Philippus) Macedo the Macedonian. Why do think they are the same person?
Because Filip el Macedoni also called as Φίλιππος εἰσαγγελεύς in the article... (But not in the source.)
Probably a copy&edit problem, it was created two minuts after the previous one. I have removed the name in Greek not sourced.
