Vanderhorstia ornatissima és una espècie de peix de la família dels gòbids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Morfologia[modifica]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix marí, de clima tropical (21 °C-27 °C)[6] i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 3 m de fondària.[4][7]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba des de l'Àfrica Oriental[8] fins a Samoa i les Illes Ryukyu.[9][4][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27]

Observacions[modifica]

És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
