First, sorry to write in English, but I am not able to do it in catala. Anyway, the EN version is wrong on multiple counts. And yes, it includes wrong numbers, too (for instance compare the text mentioning 112 seats with the table that shows 113; in reality there are some 260 seats - the number is not fixed for it includes senators in view of their profession or religion or military status which are not elected but named). It was written by someone not knowing the electoral process in pre-war Roumania and using sources suffering from the same issue. The RO version has been updated from the only official source, although some of the explanatory text before the tables still suffers from a few misunderstandings (it's politics, anyway, so it's subjective).
