Please excuse my contribution being in English which, nevertheless, I hope is helpful.

After reading about Mavis Bacca Dowden, and seeing this page about her, I decided to draft a page about Mavis Bacca for the English version of Wikipedia. My page has been rejeced by the editiors on the grounds that:

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject

As I have uncovered as many English language references about Mavis Bacca as I have been able to find, I see no possibility of being able to re-submit my article, so her Wiki story will only exist in Catalan - which is very important but her memory deserves more.
