English: The Gyokuon-hōsō. The radio broadcast in which the Japanese emperor Hirohito read out the Imperial Rescript on the Termination of the War. This speech was broadcast at noon on August 15, 1945 (JST). A translated transcript of the Imperial Rescript on Surrender on Wikisource.
