The Ventures és un grup de surf rock i rock instrumental estatunidenc formada en 1958, en Washington per Don Wilson i Bob Bogle, coneguda pels seus clàssics com ‘’Wipe Out”, el tema de 007, James Bond, incloent les sèries de Hawaii Five-O i Swat. Ingressaren al Saló de la Fama del Rock en 2008 i han venut prop de 100 milions de discos a nivell mundial.^[1]

Han estat reconeguts freqüentment per altres guitarristes i músics com una influència. A més, pel seu estil, forma d'interpretar les guitarres, principalment, han influït a molts grups de rock i de surf.
