La primera partició de Polònia (o de la República de les Dues Nacions) va tenir lloc el 1772. Fou el primer de tres repartiments que van acabar amb l'existència del país per a finals del segle XVIII. La primera va ser realitzada per l'Imperi rus, Prússia i l'Imperi dels Habsburg (després Imperi austrohongarès).
