Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i bentopelàgic que viu entre 388 i 640 m de fondària.[6][8]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic oriental central: les illes Hawaii.[6]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[6]
