Symbolophorus barnardi és una espècie de peix de la família dels mictòfids i de l'ordre dels mictofiformes.
Morfologia[modifica]
Reproducció[modifica]
Assoleix la maduresa sexual en arribar als 9,5 cm de llargària.[3]
Depredadors[modifica]
A Sud-àfrica és depredat per Merluccius capensis i Malacocephalus laevis.[4][5][6]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i d'aigües profundes que viu entre 100-800 m de fondària.[1][7]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a tots els oceans de l'hemisferi sud.[1][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
